Ludovic Fichet, founder of LuxFundVenture, brings 20 years of experience in the asset management industry, with a strong focus on alternative investments. He has held senior leadership positions within management companies and regulated service providers in Luxembourg, acting as Conducting Officer, Head of Portfolio Management, Distribution, and overseeing multidisciplinary teams. He now advises fund initiators on structuring, governance, and the operational implementation of their projects.

His career began at PwC Luxembourg, where he supported key industry players in optimizing their processes and responding to emerging regulatory requirements. He then joined FundPartner Solutions (Pictet Group), BIL Manage Invest, followed by AManco and Sienna Investment Managers, where he structured and supervised portfolios of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Private Debt representing several billion euros in assets under management. He has also been involved in product design, organizational models, and commercial strategy initiatives.

Ludovic holds degrees in Financial Engineering, Capital Markets, and Business Administration (France and Germany), and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prince2. Trilingual in French, English, and German, he also speaks Luxembourgish. His approach is grounded in simplification, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to client success.
